Above is the picture evidence of the typical target audience that are targeted at our soap opera trailer. Our target audience group is in the age group around 14 - 30 year old. Our target audience is a variety of different kinds of individuals. We always identified that the older individuals around ages of 25 - 30 are into soap operas and always stay loyal to the soap opera. The reason for this is that the older individuals enjoy coming home from work to relax and watch Eastenders, Coronation street or Hollyoaks. Therefore they would be in a good position after work to watch our soap trailer as it is broadcasted around the same times as the other soap operas. However, we believe that the early teenagers will want to get involved in the soap operas because it gives them something to be occupied with everyday. The soap opera has factors where it relates to teenagers so it may be encouraging for the teenagers to watch it.
Moving on, teenagers and adults mostly have the same kind of taste, if we were to look into music teenagers and adults mostly share the same taste of music. The common taste of music is rap music, this has been popular for some while it is an ongoing feature in society. Both teenagers and adults listen to this type of music as more of this same genre is developed further. They also have the same kinda taste of clothing as current trend are developed and become popular. They mostly dress the same type of way which suggests that they share some similar factors. We believe they will continue to watch our soap opera and get involved because there are many aspects that will attract them. They can see themselves involved because the characters are in the same age group which can relate to them.

Finally, the feedback we received was helpful as we took it on board and improved. one of the feedback was to change our storyline for one of our narrative strand as it was too confusing. By doing this we had to shoot again and put together another scene. Also we were told to cut out some parts as it is unwanted and it makes the trailer long and confusing. We then edited the trailer and took out the unwanted bits to make it appealing to the audience. Lastly, we were told to find another type of music and change it as the original music sounded too slow and depressing. We then researched and changed into a more suitable music. Without the feedback from Twitter, Facebook and also YouTube our trailer will not have improved and made to an successful stage.
